PCIS HUB

Centralized Enterprise Operations & Data Integration Platform

Designed and developed a role-based enterprise platform that consolidates operational data, workflows, analytics and customer service information previously spread across Oracle, Excel, separate screens and manual processes.

01 / Project Context

From fragmented operational tools to one controlled platform.

Before PCIS HUB, teams depended on an older Oracle environment, Excel files, separate system screens, manual imports and WhatsApp communication. Routine analysis often required repeated navigation or rebuilding spreadsheets, with no centralized operational dashboard or personalized reporting layer.

02 / Unified Operations

Eight operational workspaces in one role-based environment.

PCIS HUB centralizes Installation Base, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Service, Inventory, Administration and cross-module access. Role-based permissions keep each workspace aligned to the responsibilities of operations, regional management, engineering, technicians, executives and department-specific users.

03 / Oracle Integration

Near-real-time enterprise data without replacing the source system.

Built a controlled synchronization layer between Oracle 11g and PCIS HUB, updating operational datasets approximately every 30 seconds while preserving validation, reconciliation and data-integrity safeguards.

  • 314,078+ synchronized Oracle records
  • Delta-based synchronization and reconciliation
  • PowerShell integration services on Windows Server
  • Three business units represented in the platform

04 / Sales & Business Analytics

Business data surfaced as direct operational views.

Sales data from the enterprise system is presented through role-aware dashboards for actual sales, forecasts, achievement, targets, orders, invoices and fulfillment. This reduces reliance on repeated Oracle navigation and manual Excel reporting for routine analysis.

05 / Connected Service Workflows

Support conversations linked to installed equipment.

Integrated Respond.io webhooks and QR-driven workflows so support activity can be correlated with registered machines and service history. The result is a structured view of conversation activity by machine, brand and period rather than isolated messaging threads.

  • Conversation-to-machine matching
  • QR-linked service workflows
  • Historical support analytics
  • Automated reporting and notifications
06 / Customer Portal

Customer-scoped equipment and service visibility.

Extended PCIS HUB with a secure customer portal where authorized accounts can view only their registered equipment, service history, upcoming maintenance, support activity and direct service channels.

07 / Operational Impact

Less manual reporting. Faster access to operational information.

  • Centralized operational views across departments
  • Routine information reduced from roughly 20–30 navigation steps to about 2–3
  • Excel dependence reduced for recurring operational analysis
  • Near-real-time Oracle visibility and automated reporting
  • Personalized dashboards and saved views per user
  • Structured equipment, service, QR and support history
  • Controlled customer self-service access

01 / Before → After

From legacy data access to operational intelligence.

The legacy application remained the source of operational data. PCIS HUB was built to make that data faster to understand, easier to navigate and more useful for day-to-day decisions.
